Shipping policy

Please allow 10-15 business days to process (hand craft) your order before shipping.

South of Civil Goods & Such (SoC) is not responsible for shipping delays and/or lost packages. We will do our best on a case by case basis to resolve the issue in a way both parties find acceptable IF SoC can provide proof of accurate shipping info provided by the customer. Shipping label receipts are also acceptable forms of proof that SoC did not make an error in the shipping process. Please be patient - I am a human as well.
